1. Pricing information:
All prices include VAT. at 20%. Delivery to UK mainland locations is included in displayed prices.

2. Order confirmation and order validation:
We will confirm your order either by e-mail or by telephone. Order confirmation is normally sent after we have validated credit/debit card details and received authorisation from the card issuers or payment has been confirmed by Pay Pal - Please note that this process can take up to 24 Hours.

3. Payment:
We accept payment via Pay Pal by using most major credit or debit cards including Visa, MasterCard, Switch, Solo and Delta cards. We are however unable to process orders placed using Electron or American Express cards. Payment will be debited from your account upon despatch of your order. if you are a new customer to Pay Pal, Orders over £500 need to be authorised through your credit card provider.

4. Delivery of goods:
When you first make an order you will receive an email saying that your order is pending. Pending means that we acknowledge your order and will remain pending untill payment is transfered into our account.

We will endeavour to deliver your order to you within 2-3 working days, providing the goods are in stock (Unless a longer delivery period is clearly stated on the specific product page). You must ensure that someone is available to receive the goods on the date agreed and specified. If you fail to receive the goods you will incur additional cost for deliver. If we are not able to meet this deadline, we will contact you within 5 days of receipt of your order to arrange an alternative delivery date. However, if this is not acceptable to you, we will offer you the choice of cancellation or a refund.
Please note that deliveries to N.Ireland, Isle of Man, Isles of Scilly, The Highlands and Islands of Scotland can take longer than 3-5 days to deliver - Please ask if express delivery is required.

6. Returns/Refund policy:
Please note that you do have the right to return a product or to cancel an order within the first 5 days following delivery - we do however reserve the right to refund your purchase minus any carriage charges that we have incurred in delivering (As detailed below in sections 6.1 through to 6.4).

6.1 Incorrect Goods supplied:
If we have wrongly supplied Goods we will reimburse the full purchase price.

6.2 Correct Goods supplied:
If we have correctly supplied the product as ordered then we will reimburse the product costs minus a handling charge of up to 25% of the order value. Please note that you will also be responsible for the return carriage charges.

6.3 Incomplete/damaged or faulty deliveries
: If the goods are delivered incomplete, have been damaged in transit or are faulty then we reserve the right to replace the product. If you require a refund in this case then we will reimburse the product costs minus a handling charge of up to 25% of the order value. Please note that you will also be responsible for the return carriage charges.

6.4 Product exchanges:
If you wish to return a product for exchange then we reserve the right to deduct our initial delivery fee. (I.e. the delivery fee that we have incurred in delivering the first product to you.)

There is a handling charge of 10% of the goods purchased. The handling charge is to offset the costs incurred by ourselves in processing and delivering your order as requested.

If you wish to return any item then please follow these basic steps:
Please note that we can only refund goods if they are returned in the original packaging in "as new" condition and that the item(s) are not damaged in anyway.

(c) Attach a copy of the delivery note or invoice as proof of purchase and mark the package clearly with the (*) Returns Number that we will give you.

(*) Returns Number - This number helps us to deal quickly and efficiently with your refund. Please note that if this number is not clearly marked on the returned item then this may cause delays.

7. Product information and product images:
Although we endeavour to provide you with the latest product information and to ensure that product images are identical to the items supplied, we cannot always guarantee that this will be the case. Product colours and styles can differ slightly from the published images.
